Promstal Engineering is a group expert in steelwork for civil engineering and the construction industry. We design, manufacture, and install complex structures for high-tech industries all around the world. Our mission is to face the challenges of specific, high-end structures. We provide all-in-one delivery for whole construction projects as well as engineering work and consulting services. Advanced BIM design technology allows us to remain flexible to potential changes in the design process. This approach is key to the successful processing of the complex buildings we routinely undertake. Our main target can be described as „Design and Build”.

Our priority business segments are the airport facilities, aerospace engineering, mining industry and other various industrial areas. From the year 2023 we are actively engaged in the rebuilding of Ukraine (see more here).

Technological structures

Specialized structures are used to support complex technological equipment with applications in aerospace, automotive, mining, and other high-tech industries. Frequently we deal with dynamic or seismic effects, which make design challenging.

Steel halls

Production and storage halls for various purposes, from warehouses and multipurpose sports halls to administrative buildings, including some of the largest structures in airport and industrial complexes. Our experience ranges from undertaking complete construction projects to providing complex renovation of existing buildings.

Modular buildings

Variable solutions for fully stackable multi-storey buildings used for office buildings, accommodation, schools, and other facilities. These are increasingly popular due to their short construction time. They do not require extensive foundations and are suited to emergency circumstances.

Industrial mezzanines

Built-in mezzanines for logistics, storage, and manufacturing sites are widely used to increase their capacity. Our work includes not only projects from scratch, but also complex analyses to extend current structures. This involves the highest level of technical attention to questions of capacity and safety.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

A comprehensive analysis and understanding of steelwork is the beating heart of all we do. Using advanced 3D modeling technologies, we resolve complex planning and design issues while adhering to regulations and considering the practical implications of any vision set out (see more here).

STEELWORK PRODUCTION

A dedicated team of professionals covers the entire lifetime of a project. We guarantee that our precise engineering is always accompanied by top-tier quality control of our production. This ensures the strength and durability of our structures.

• Steel is in our DNA. We know each step of the process in detail. From manufacturing at our home plant to installation on sites around the world, we rely on careful planning and fully digitized documentation.

Documentation

We carry out complete, detailed workshop and installation drawings, with not only 3D models of individual parts but the whole structures crucial for execution. We guarantee implementation and assure the cooperation of experts responsible for all stages of the project workflow.

Production capacity

The total production capacity of our workshop is around 1000 tons per year. We continuously invest in our production program, achieving efficiency while ensuring the high quality of delivered steelwork.

Welding

At Promstal we are not just expert designers but also master metal workers. We have skilled welders and technicians to ensure the right adaption and welding of steel structures to obtain the best finished product.

Quality control

We seek the highest quality every step of the way. The quality of our work is ensured by an internal control systém and certification according to strčit standards, adhering to EN1090-2 and other mandatory requirements. External weld control procedures are utilized to fully satisfy these regulations.

ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION

The construction process of our steel structures runs smoothly thanks to precise analysis and advanced engineering solutions. Clear and efficient communication between all parts of our team and the client ensures projects stay on track and allows for swift resolution of any issues that may arise on-site.

• We provide installation of our finished steelwork after delivery to the site.
• Our experienced team, led by diligent site managers, can assemble structures of different complexity practically worldwide. A wide range of cranes and forklifts are used to accomplish this.
• Modern buildings require a high awareness of safety specifications and skill in fullfilling  official certification.
  We have a wealth of experience in meeting such requirements.
